At Addiesdive Watches, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and high-resolution photos of the watch to verify its current condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our processing center.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our watchmakers inspect the movement and exterior for signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
